Rejuvenate your body, mind, and spirit with a relaxing and healing therapeutic massage, a revitalizing yoga class or a calming mindfullness meditation. At Bodies in Motion we assist you to reverse the negative effects of stress, repair damaged muscle tissue, and remove pain throughout your body.
Our therapists apply a range of massage techniques that improve circulation, detoxify your body, relieve tension, improve digestion, enhance muscle tone, and increase mental alertness.
Our yoga instructors combine a variety of teaching styles as well as different styles of hatha yoga to bring you individualized yoga class experiences.
Our yoga classes and massage treatments not only benefit the body, they benefit the mind as well. Experience mental and spiritual healing as your mind releases stress and worry, and allows a renewed sense of energy and emotional well-being to enter your spirit.
We have scheduled yoga classes 6 days per week* and we offer private sessions by appointment if you prefer. Tibetan Buddhist Meditation group meets weekly, Mondays at 6 PM, with special workshops/teachings monthly.
Massage Therapy is available 7 days per week from 10 AM - 7 PM by appointment. Earlier or later appointments are available for a small additional charge. Some massage services may be covered by your health insurance and we offer discounts on packages of both massage therapy sessions and yoga classes.
